Yes the statue is hilariously mediocre. Yes the discussion about whether to remove it is kicked off by a car running into it, which weirdly often has been a feature of debates over Confederate monuments placed on traffic circles in streets intended for carriages, not SUVs.
Yes, the show is hilarious. Yes, it plays with debates over monuments with compassion and swift jabs for both sides. BUT. The big problem is: @MichaelGreyeyes is too freakin' hot. I cannot focus on serious issues of monuments if he's in a scene.
Excuse me while I finish binging Rutherford Falls and then move on to everything else he's been in.
