Even though it's not an illness this is definitely the stage of recovery I *hate* where I feel better, and because I feel better I feel as though I have the energy I normally do and can dance and fight and do exercises and no. No I cannot.
Now with extra bonus hate because I have to strike a balance between doing knee and back PT and overdoing it so that I can walk without pain or my knee giving out, but also don't collapse myself. Ugh.
Don't be me, folks. Revel in your recovery from a seated position doing calm, sedentary things and don't try to get up and do Mortal Kombat or something. Give it another day or two.
