Also taking concentrated turmeric capsules which is helping with my inflammation, achy feeling.
Receiving messages about being on air on @Move100Ottawa 9am-1pm today. I recorded that yesterday. I was warned that I may have that reaction. It took about about 6 hours to really kick in. I felt like a pile of 💩 last night. Slowly improving. It sucks but not as much as covid.
