You'd be most welcome whenever you decide to move down here.

As you make up your mind, I'm pretty sure you'd be considering the most suitable city in Nigeria to set up shop. If you don't mind, I'd love to offer you some suggestions in a brief thread... https://twitter.com/blainekasten/status/1385273296065728512
1- Your first logical choice would definitely be #Lagos state for obvious reasons. It already has an existing environment that is playing host to many foreign businesses that have come before you. That means, the presence of many foreigners would make you feel at home.
However, you'd be competing with many similar businesses for talent. It can be both challenging & exciting cos when getting talent from your existing competition, you're guaranteed of getting experienced hands, requiring little training.
2- On the other hand, you may feel like breaking new ground. Such decision will ensure that you avoid unnecessary competition. Should that be the case, you might want to settle in #Abuja, the Federal Capital of Nigeria.
The plus side to this, aside from avoiding competition, is that you'd be next door to the policy makers. When you establish a good relationship with them, it enables you streamline your service to comply with Federal policies. That's one area where most in Lagos are losing out on
3- You might choose to avoid Lagos & Abuja completely, and decide to go to a more virgin ground. Should that be the case, then you should look at places like #Kaduna & #Kano. Both cities, situated in the Northern part of the country, have developing infrastructure to be tapped.
They also have available human resources with requisite academic qualifications. Depending on your recruitment process, you'd be sure to find experienced quality talent. And they great hosts to foreign investors.
4- In the Southern part of the country, you'd be pleased to settle in any of #Kwara, #Ebonyi or #Imo States. You just might be the first foreigner establishing your line of business in those states.
But that doesn't mean you'd lack talent as these states have great schools of technology & engineering that have produced sound graduates that would give you what you're looking for.
Truth is, whichever city you choose to settle in when you finally make up your mind to come to Nigeria, talent won't be in short supply.

We look forward to having you.
