I’ve decided to chronicle my post-vax experience for those curious.

Got AstraZeneca VAX at 11:20am April 22
10:30pm intense chills came on suddenly
April 23 - 1:00am chills turned into extreme heat, sweating, and aching joints cont... 1/

2/ 2:00am headache joins above symptoms, still haven’t really slept
6:00am took Tylenol & cold cloth to combat the heat. Fitbit registered a few hours of broken sleep to this point.
6:30am Tylenol started to kick in which took edge off the aching and headache

3/ 7:00am finally managed to get to sleep comfortably
10:30am woke up to normal body temperature, only minor headache and slight fog. Second dose of Tylenol
11:30am flog lifted, very slight headache persisted

4/ 10:30pm Tylenol before bed, first time noticing my left arm was aching slightly down to the wrist
April 24- 8:00am solid nights sleep. Minor pain in left arm, aside from that symptom free

5/ 4:00pm wife noticed I was looking a bit flush, feeling a touch drained but no other symptoms. Will try Tylenol and update later

6/ Tylenol must’ve helped. Felt fine the rest of the evening and no issues sleeping last night.

Will pick this thread up when I hit dose 2 in a few months.
