This is when you’re not interested in sex (have no sex drive or a low sex drive), AND it bothers you.

Its caused by Anxiety or depression, Relationship problems, Issues with your body image, Stress, Tiredness etc...

This is when you have trouble getting or maintaining an erection, AND it bothers you.

Its caused by Getting older, Stress, anxiety, and depression, Various medicines, including feminizing hormone therapy, Relationship issues etc....
How you can treat it😅

Pills from a doctor or nurse — like Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis — may help you get and stay hard. (Use safely)

Physical therapy that helps to relax your pelvic floor tissues or strengthen your pelvic muscles.
>Genital Arousal Disorder<

Genital arousal disorder is when you have trouble getting or staying aroused (turned on) AND you feel sad or worried about it.

It's caused Anxiety or depression, Problems with your partner, Tiredness, Sexual abuse or trauma in your past etc...
