Today’s weird Marvel villain is Death-Dealer, created by Doug Moench and Gene Day in 1982’s Master of Kung Fu #115!
Li Ching-Lin is one of MI6’s deadliest and most skilled agents...
...but he’s really a double agent for Shang-Chi’s diabolical father, Fu Manchu!
He’s also the skull-masked Death-Dealer, who leaves playing cards at the site of his kills!
Fu Manchu has assigned him to collect Shang-Chi’s blood, which the Devil Doctor needs to survive!

That means one thing: a bunch of extremely rad Gene Day fight scenes!
Seriously, my god do these rule.
Anyway, in their final battle, Shang-Chi attacks Death-Dealer with a brazier, setting him ablaze!
Years later, Death-Dealer’s son sought revenge against Shang-Chi!

And Death-Dealer will soon be seen in the upcoming @shangchi movie!
