1. be as reassuring as possible. for when i was at the point of doing it it only made it worse to know i was dragging everyone else down with my mental state.
2. listen to them. if they want to tell you something or talk, listen to them. it helps SO much being heard. people who are at that low point usually will try to be reclusive becasue they don& #39;t want to hurt you but try to interact with them as much as possible+
+ so they know that they are loved
3. if its possible try to put them in a safe environment, like somewhere where they can& #39;t kill themselves or get rid of things that could be used to go through with their plan. and try to think really hard about what they COULD do because for me I would think of +
+5 new plans to kill myself everyday. and I know this isn& #39;t always possible but can be helpful for irls
