Lets consider the bad people/bad situations are Emily.
Those people can be anyone- someone who hurts you, someone who are toxic etc.

Situations can be anything-
Failing Exams, Facing rejections etc.
And lets consider the good people/incidences as Rachel.
These people are your loved ones, your best friends, your colleagues who always support you, your parents etc

The incidences can be your achievements, fruits of your hardwork etc.
We worry about the Emilys of our lives - afraid someone take advantage of us etc

However, we forget about our Rachels - We forget about people who are always there for us

You know what happens when you focus on Emily while surrounded by Rachel?

& #39;I take thee Rachel& #39; happens https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😂" title="Gesicht mit FreudentrĂ€nen" aria-label="Emoji: Gesicht mit FreudentrĂ€nen">
Still confused? Lemme explain:-

We worry so much about future, about getting hurt by people who aren& #39;t even in our lives (Emily) that we forget to live in the present.

We worry so much about new people (Emily) that we forget to appreciate and spend time with loved ones(Rachel)
Moral of the thread :-
Focus on what you have, focus on people you are lucky to be surrounded with;
rather than focusing on people you barely know, on situations that hadn& #39;t even taken place

Focus on your Rachel, instead of focusing on your Emily.

Live in the moment.
