hi i& #39;ve seen a lot of people talk about arknights on the tl so i& #39;m going to talk about weird stuff yostar has done as someone who used to play azur lane religiously

just some background. azur lane is game creatrd by yostar before the creation of arknights. it takes place during ww2 and you collect shipgirls that correlate with ships used during the war. overall it& #39;s a conceot similiar to kancolle.
in the game you collect your girls and you can raise your affection with them when you win battles and once your affection reaches 100 you can marry them with an oath ring. which is all fine and dandy until you can marry. all of them. even the minors.
and some of the minors in question have wedding dress skins that you unlock once you marry them. and they are semi revealing which is very disgusting considering these are MINORS.
all the minors in the game are typically in the submarine or destroyer class because in the real world they are smaller ships so their size reflects that. which i have no problem with if they weren& #39;t so sexualized. here are a few official sprites that don& #39;t sit well with me.
the first girl there is albacore and she& #39;s a somewhat weird case because in the official azur lane discord server you can be banned for posting any official art of her. her initial sprite or any of her skins. that& #39;s how overly sexualized she is.
there& #39;s also a character called ark royal who is canonically obsessed with the destroyer class. even having voicelinea that are questionable to say the least. she is often referred to as a "lolicon" and is depicted in official artwork as such.
a lot of the skins in the game featuring the minor characters are overly sexualized. usually having them in lewd poses or in partial dress which is, y& #39;know, disgusting. i don& #39;t have an issue with lewd skins as long as they& #39;re legal adults. these are children.
the game includes a secretary system where you can have your favorite ship on your home screen and you can tap on them and they& #39;ll talk to you but there& #39;s a "special touch" that you can activate if you touch their breasts which is very strange on it& #39;s own.
let alone the fact that every ship has one including the children.
in the game itself there& #39;s a chatting system where you can talk to other players on the server you play on and there are times where i had to mute it because there were people in the main chat talking about their sick desires with the minor characters.
speaking of the chat system they have ingame stickers and stamps you can send into the chat and some are kinda gross. i& #39;ll have to send them individually since they are gifs so bear with me for a hot second.

this is supposed to be a gif but it won& #39;t work for some reason. this is ark royal fawning over a body pillow of mutsuki who is apart of the "kindergarten crew" which is a group of destroyers in the japanese class of the game.
there is also a "siscon" in the game. she has an unhealthy obsession with her sister and even in her official art is holding a doujin of her. i don& #39;t think i need to go into detail why this is weird.
another ship who fits into the whole incest thing for some reason because of course there& #39;s more than one is unicorn. unicorn refers to the player as "big brother" all the time. she looks up to the player as an older sibling who will protect her. and yes she has a wedding dress.
