This current Standard format is the perfect argument for revisiting faster rotations in the digital era. Standard isn't bad, it just isn't markedly different than last Standard even with new cards.

This basically defeats the purpose of the format IMO.

If there is a worry about faster rotations hurting paper (OK boomer) then I think @wizards_magic needs to consider bringing back "block" constructed that would be a smaller rotating format since Standard is failing at the goal of providing a changing format.
