WHAT SHOULD BE YOUR GOAL - BIG MUSCLES OR ROBUST STRENGTH?
What is the problem with bigger muscles?

Bigger catchy muscles are seen as need of the hour

People go to gym for developing eye catching muscles and not to develop strength and this is where the problem lies

Gyms have become a hub for developing only abs and biceps
The true essence of going to gym that is building strength, is being forgotten

Gym is slowly becoming a place for degeneracy

Chicks flaunting their Gluteus maximus and chicks disguised as chads flaunting their only developed part of body that is biceps.
But let's be honest to ourselves and answer this,

Will these fluffy muscles of yours filled with mass produced supplements stand a chance against a desi akhada Brahmachari who eats Desi Ghee and does thousands of Dand Baithaks?
Let me answer

A desi akhada guy will beat the hell out of a abs flaunting, bicep kissing gym chad any day!
Muscles does not guarantee 'Strength',
older wisdom teaches us this.

Our old people followed a simple formula of eating desi ghee, doodh and whatever else they could get with love while working on fields, this alone gave them robust strength.
Never crave for abs and all instead aim for acquiring robust strength.

One slap of yours should sent a abs flexing gym guy to deep sleep for 2-3 hours.

'The muscles you gain in gym vanish as fast as they were grown, the muscles gained with real training remain till eternity'
When you train to gain strength, muscles are bound to develop in the process

The more strength you gain the more stone like muscles you will acquire

Don't rush for catchy muscles they provide nothing in the long run
• Eat simple
• Eat healthy
• Eat whatever you get with love
• Train with your body, mind and soul

Follow this to gain Robust Strength.

DAND - BAITHAK - DESI GHEE - REPEAT
P.S : I am not against people going to gym, i am against the degenerate culture of going to gym just for the sake of bigger muscles and even bigger attention.
