not sure if i should bring this up pa since mej matagal na din few weeks ago na + ayoko na din magreklamo but for awareness nalang rin siguro dahil nakita ko today na may nakareceive nanaman ng ganyan. this is an honest feedback okay? walang ill intentions

at first i was thankful pa kasi they’re kind enough to allow me na makisabay sa orders ng friend ko para makuha ko na yung kits. kaso nadisappoint lang ako habang naguunbox

i dont have an unboxing vid,,, which was my mistake but nasa isip ko no need naman since “sealed” yung order ko and nakita ko namang complete pati andun na din ako sa point na gusto ko nalang matapos kasi 4 months na ako naghihintay tapos sobrang inconsistent pa ng updates

these are the red flags while unboxing:
• may butas yung packaging
• right after unboxing, crunchy yung plastic and mas matigas (?) sobrang ingay rin kapag nilulukot which is really different sa feeling ng plastic na legit from sm

• pag-open ko ng kit, tinanggal ko yung booklet kasi nasa ilalim nun yung pc kaso wala dun. akala ko factory defect na no pc pero nung tinignan ko yung booklet nandun sa loob nakaipit yung pc

nacompare ko yung plastic since nakuha ko rin DAD PB ko that day and yung plastic niya is kung ano yung usual. i even posted a feedback for this na parang wala lang kasi nahihiya ako magreklamo and di rin naman ako sure kung tama iniisip ko

so lesson learned,,, be more vigilant kasi di mo alam when makakareceive ng ganyan. sana legit sealed makuha ng iba

update: the shop offered us to have it refunded nalang. in my case, wala na sa akin yung items so i asked if it’s possible na magrefund sila ng kahit ganitong amount as compensation for the troubles and delays. they agreed naman and i already received it so for me it’s settled na

the shop was reponsive naman and nagcater agad ng concerns. also this thread was made for people to know kung ano dapat gawing extra precaution and icheck kapag bumibili ng sealed items because it can happen to anyone kahit saan man galing yan

ingat lang and hoping for everyone’s safety with online shopping.
