The screenshot wes shared by a few Journalists.. few are coming up with conspiracies and claiming that toolkit gang is trying to defame India.

1. @iSalonichopra : This account is now suspended but the account was earlier named @iyatibaba. As seen in Pic 3 & 4. 'Data user id' for both IDs are same.
Note: Twitter account has a unique numeric id which doesn't change even if the handle name is changed

Let's check second account @DrSomna : The account is now suspended but here are a few of his/her old tweets. Almost all tweets are praising modi/bjp or mocking opp.

These fake accounts were already being followed by many Right Wing Influencers. Here are a few replies by @AshokShrivasta6 and @SanjeevSanskrit to now deleted tweet of @iSaloniChopra ( @iyatibaba)

It is very clear that all these three are fake accounts, These accounts were tweeting pro Modi/BJP stuff to gain followers. There are many such accounts who use pics of hot/cute girls as their DP and tweet Pro Modi/BJP/RSS stuff to gain more 'nationalist' followers.

Many Doctors and other fake nationalist accounts were recently suspended. Here are a few.
