I really don’t wanna do this but this issue is super frustrating and upsetting na talaga. I just can’t sit back and watch as I see my friends suffer. So this is regarding the ONTACT NOW MD GO handled by @/daebaetagGO @/daebaetag that is still nowhere to be found

The GO for ONTACT MD was made around 1st week of September 2020 and it’s almost May of 2021 and the items are still in Korea according to them. It’s been like 8 months already malapit na po mag anniversary. +
The shop has stated that there are huge backlogs in the consol’s side so we tried to understand that but it’s been so long and there are no updates in the shop’s acc to at least ease the buyers’ worries and no apologies about the issue has been publicly made. And there are no +
consol pics to assure us that we’re not waiting for nothing. We even had to contact them to ask for the proof of purchase just so that we’d get a bit of assurance. Purchases have been made around Sep 12 & 14 but where are the items? No pics of the items have been posted +
and an update through a mass email regarding the ontact md has been only made once and that’s it. 8 months isn’t a joke po... we know that there are faults in the kr add but as the seller shouldn’t you be sorry about the issue? But we never got an apology unless +
we demand updates through DMs and what’s also upsetting is that this seems to be not a big issue for them as they seem pretty chill about it. We demand, they apologize and say they’re working on it but we see no progress at all. +
They always say they’d update within the day through email but it never happened. It’s tiring to ask updates when you get the same old shit You’ll only get updates and apologies if you ask in their DMs. But if you’re not the type of person to bug the seller then you’ll get none +
They also don’t have a proper and updated masterlist. We don’t need a fancy masterlist po, we just need a simple and updated one where we can track everything, that is all! They also have records of being slow at handling their items where some items arrived +

of simple email. They’re always active in the tl, even have time to make edits and playlists on time but no proper masterlist, emails are slow and as well as packing and shipping? How can you explain an item that arrived around Feb 13 but was never delivered until April? +
My friend ordered Purple Dream (Daeyeol SG) which arrived Feb 13 in their address but wasnt shipped even after getting the email on 1st wk of March regarding the lsf. It took them almost 3 mos to ship it out wtf? How come an item from Feb reach until April w/o being shipped out?+
Aren’t you even ashamed po? You opened a shop but you were never hands on with it as we get no public updates (good or bad) about the items. Please be more responsible as you’re handling other people’s hard earned money. Having a shop isn’t just a hobby or for fun. +
I also wanna clarify that I have no items po with the said shop, it just happened that I have friends who suddenly opened up their worries about this matter. I did this thread on behalf of them as they seem to be afraid of calling out a well known ness. +
As someone who doesn’t even have items with them already feels agitated with this matter, what more to those who actually have orders from them? Who has been waiting for months? It must be worst for them. +
I hope this gets resolved na. We want progress sa issue. If bugging you through DMs don’t work anymore I hope this will do. I hope you finally actually make an action and be true to your words when you say you’ll update within the day and please public updates in your shop!!
