This is an important thread. I see a lot of the comments saying "tf small artists can't charge that bc they don't have an audience and need to pay bills". This thread is not an attack on small artists yet a lot of them feel insulted when this artist is only trying to help. They are absolutely correct. If you do not get commissions at that price, there is something you need to improve. Your marketing, your job seeking, your reach.

Not saying you have to have a bigger audience, but you need to find the audience that will pay you money rather than enjoy taking advantage of your cheap comms. The more you and the art community start charging these rates, the more we can all get paid like this.
