+ I would add that gloves are not a must but if you have a habit of touching your nose or eyes and aren& #39;t sure of keeping your fingers away from your nose/eyes, it is a good idea to wear them. Also, I see almost everyone touching the outer surface of their masks which must stop.
+ Finally, hydrate yourself well & have your favorite cup of tea or coffee before you go to the centre; if the centre is offering water or tea during the observation period do not take it as you& #39;ll have to remove your mask. Do not remove your mask if you& #39;re taking a photo.
