I am disgusted at @AutoandGeneral!

These people can not abide by their own clause. Which is being paid for dearly so without any hesitation.
My brother and his wife were hijacked and his partner was almost raped in the this car. There is a clause that states..;

If the car is attempted hijack/stolen it can be written off, also they are obliged to replace or pay it out. Of which they are refusing to do.
They were dumped in the middle of nowhere but the car was recovered the following day. This car was bought as a beautiful gesture but.;

this is now traumatic image she will see every morning in her yard.

she doesn’t want the car anymore citing 4 reasons:
1. The car is now registered as stolen and recovered and this record depreciates the car value...

2. She cannot drive a car whilst hijackers out there are having another key to this car.
3. Above all this car reminds her of the trauma, assault and inappropriateness she suffered in the hands of four armed men.
4. THEIR CLAUSE STATES THAT IT CAN BE WRITTEN OFF!

They lodged a claim and surprisingly @AutoandGeneral validator by the name of Abdul Khader boldly told my brother over the phone that his partner’s trauma is of NO IMPORTANCE in this case, they can arrange a replacement for the stolen key therefore he's wife must take this car

and drive it regardless of her reasons. I was on the phone with the lady last night she is still broken. Every sentence she cries.This excuse of an insurance company is basically forcing them to take back a stolen car. Do we as black people always have to suffer like this?
