To everyone with PCOD/ PCOS Hang in there ! I know there are a lot of things in mind as to what will happen but please take your time. Do your research but dont completely depend on it. Its different for everyone .You cant fully depend on the blogs or any posts!(1)
Its just going to add on to your stress. Everybody learns it the hard way I think. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2019 but before that I knew I might have it because of my irregular periods , hair loss n facial hair! But when I got diagnosed I was stressed I was scared (2)
When I read about it It scared the Fucking hell outme of I was consulted to a doctor , they did my blood work and Told me that I might be pre diabetic considering that my family has a huge history of diabetes. I was a 19 year old who was told that they might become diabetic(3)
I was scared I freaked out I thought this is it !! I was on a lot of diet restrictions and tablets!! I couldn't eat anything or drink anything sugary ! I cut off sugary stuff There was a lot of fluctuations in my reports I did well Sometimes but It was worse sometime(4)

I did not do well in college I was depressive and no motivation..Then my aunt who is an doctor took a second opinion and stopped the whole Tablets thing !! And Now I m doing better. So basically what I am saying is Donot rush in with everything

I m eating normally now But I have toned down a lot of stuff and I still have to exercise which I m not doing and I have to start it...basically the whole point of this thread is YOU WILL GET TO YOUR BALANCE EVENTUALLY UNLESS YOU WORK TOWARDS YOURSELF DONT STRESS BE HAPPY
Eat whatever the fuck you want but just dont overdo it I guess because YOLO 
YOU WILL GET THERE
