im gonna start with shes girlboss as fuck. shes a fact bc she doesnt care about our feelings
anyways shes pretty well written imo, at least more than jiwoon. we get to see how she struggled throughout her childhood to keep the lights on in their musty windowless basement
being broke as fuck made her ambitious and ready to take any opportunity to help herself, even if it means stepping on other people to get her way. it makes her just as self centered as jiwoon but in a different way where if it doesnt directly affect her or her career, it means-
nothing. i dont think she doesnt care about other people at all, she just doesnt have time to waste dwelling on them because her her success comes first. after 4 nospin members d!3d, it seems like she didnt even give herself time to grieve and immediately started working on-

way she did for her sister. the lore doesnt express how she feels about jiwoon at all so she couldve either really cared about him or only seen him as a vital piece for her career so that entire bit is in the air. the only point where we get a clear indication about how she-
feels is towards the end, where she vows to make him pay. pretty obvious she hates his ass <3 but the main reason that drove her hatred wasnt entirely him being a murderer, it was the unrepairable damage the news would cause to her career. she was also mad that she didnt trust-
her gut when it told her jiwoon was behind the murders. at the time she chose to up his security because she was more concerned with preserving her artist/career rather than waste time trying to connect dots that she didnt think were there.
while i do think shes mad at him for the wrong reason, looking at her upbringing, it makes sense. she spent her whole life climbing to where she is now and had to drag herself and jiwoon out the mud to reboot their careers just for him to turn around and ruin it all again.
the surviving member she put all her energy into so that they could get back to the top turned around and stomped on the years of work she put into her career and the months/1 year she spent on his. her own success is all shes cared about since she was young and now its gone-
all because a dumb narcissist <3 wanted attention. i think in her mind, she knows that what happened with the victims has already happened and theres no room for her to even think about it when her career and livelihood are at stake. she has all of eternity to think about-

idk how to end this thread but me thinks yunjin deserves more appreciation as a character rather than being treated as a side character to toss next to jiwoon. i might make a jiwoon thread next but its gonna be 90% hc because we dont actually know much about him as a person
