1. Print it out

2. Read it through and make changes to the digital version in real-time
3. Drop it in Hemingway Editor

Make it as easy to read as possible. Only keep yellow sentences if they improve flow. Rewrite red sentences.

4. Run it through your banned words list

Ctrl + f and remove all these words.

5. Print it out again
6. Read it out loud and record yourself

Keep a red pen close! Mark all the words and phrases that sound clunky. Circle mistakes.

This is the most fruitful step.
7. Read it out loud once more, but slower

If it doesn& #39;t feel good, it& #39;s not. Make changes or chop!
