see @HopeForTheDay what I think you fail to understand is that allegations against jonny, yes are without a doubt terrible, but they are not isolated to just HIM — in fact they include people who have continuously enabled and aided his behavior with behavior of their own —

so unless you& #39;ll also be removing those people, this does nothing but put a loose bandaid on the culture of abusive leadership within your org.
