In a voice call recording with between Cisman Barre who was Speaker of Parliament and Ali Osoble the President of Hirshabelle, Cisman admits the government was acting like Al-Shabaab by raiding Jowhar and threatening the MPs with Guns to vote against Osoble and it wasn’t enough.

Cisman Barre admitted that he didn’t write the motion against Ali Abdullahi Osoble and that they (NN) have written and have threatened to kill Cisman Barre if he didn’t accept the motion because he didn’t even have enough MP’s to vote against Osoble as they were on his side.

The MPs were on the side of Ali Abdullahi Osoble, and did not vote against him as Nabad and Nolol. This was just 5 months of the New NN administration in 2017 and caused illegal removals and raiding of federal state capitals. look where we are today.
