Okay so I'm doing an MBTI thread on (mainly) Grey's anatomy. I may throw some characters in from other shows too. Spoiler Alert.

Being the same MBTI type as someone doesn't mean that you're similar, it means you process information and make decisions similarly. But you will receive different information/experiences in life and you will face different decisions so you can end up completely different.
