Positive word and pretty positive motivations, but then when you get to quality/variety there’s only a response related to quality not the variety, and the quoted merchandise release pattern reaction contradicts the positive word sentiment related to how they feel about ++

Yes there are fewer positive comment that you have listed, but you already bring attention away from them when you highlight keywords in the negative comments. And as for the likeliness, the question displayed doesn’t match the graph and transcript so it would probably be

Better if amended to reflect how likely they are to buy something and then display another graph on how much they felt merch reflected the message (a box plot because you’re better off looking at the overall data points to see where days might be skewed and not just observe

As for the conclusion, it’s a stretch to be able to say we need to have more diversity and dissociation from current offerings given that your findings presented didn’t give much of an indication that they didn’t feel like there was lack of diversity... your findings as ++

Presented state that they found it too much but not “up to par” in terms of quality... so again it’s kind of contradictory and a conclusion that should be revisited. And the same thing for your second conclusion, the findings presented don’t support that.

One that stands out to me is having Jeff Benjamin as a source. He’s widely known within the fandom to be unreliable especially in our space so to have him as a source for something that has the intention of being representative of said ++
