As someone who is involved in @DSA_HWC I can tell you that the DSA M4A strategy did not come from rank and file members but was passed down by the NPC.

We voted on FTV and the result was 20-6 pro FTV with a bunch of abstentions, so the steering cmt did not endorse.

There was a lot of energy from rank and file members of DSA Health Workers Collective around FTV that is completely unreflected in the 2021 M4A strategy.

A M4A floor vote was in the 2019 DSA strategy guide. That the 2021 M4A strategy radically departed from the 2019 strategy raises concern about who/how/why these strategy decisions are made.
