Once again we have problems in Warwickshire. @EquipEquality1 are misrepresenting the Equality Act to schools. Are you endorsing this @Warwickshire_CC? Have you not learnt from previous debacles?

For anybody who would like to know what ‘bukkake’ is without googling, this is how @Warwickshire_CC described it - to children. They also graphically described ‘fisting’, ‘felching’, ‘sunflowering’ & how normal it was for 12 year olds to be addicted to porn - to children.

Obviously @Warwickshire_CC also had a ‘Trans Inclusion toolkit’ that had to be withdrawn due to misrepresenting the law, undermining #safeguarding & endangering the very children it purported to help.

We would have thought after all this campaigning by parents, threats of legal action, embarrassment in the press & resources having to be withdrawn, that lessons would’ve been learnt. We would’ve thought @Warwickshire_CC now knew what the protected characteristics were. @EHRC
