Just gotta say - the conversations about our Operations Manager position that I'm having with folks have been interesting. Lots of kudos for a unique, transparent tho tho wordy, honest and accurate reflection of the work and our organization - I just want to remind folks -
That it is totally possible to shift the experience of job postings, job interviewing and onboarding staff into organizations. Who says it has to be the way it is? Who benefits from status quo processes, tone deaf head hunting practices and paying huge sums for job board adverts?
Who benefits from these approaches? Who is most likely to "succeed" in typical job search processes? Who are the folks most likely to apply because they imagine their potential to fill the role? Thanks to following rad HR folks like those @buildwithbloom among others -
