Bias in machine learning.

This error doesn't occur for white voices during this candidate forum.

It's shocking (if sadly unsurprising) for such errors to made, especially in forums educating voters. Folks should carefully review @zoom closed-captioning, especially when it's going to be part of the permanent record of an event.
