It& #39;s hard to remember while you& #39;re in it how much higher the likelihood of failure is when you& #39;re doing new things, especially for and with very early stage startups. Allie was unflappable, running towards problems and putting in the work to continuously improve.
Allie became a go to resource for so many customers, it was clearly time to form a team around her to help her become higher leverage. We batted around the idea of formally launching a department to support our most complex customers.

On @devgonegonzo& #39;s last day here, I want to recognize the hard work and also say thank you. Thank you for blue sky thinking, real feedback, next level customer centricity, brave curiosity, and the reminder that life is a lot bigger than the work we do each day. We will miss you!
