Thread - 7 habits that changed my life in less than a year
1/ Respect your sleep

Sleep is like a recharge for humans.

The moment you start respecting AT LEAST 7h of sleep, your daily life improves dramatically.

Your mood, your energy, your mentality, everything is influenced by your sleep.
2/ Drink water

Start drinking water as soon as you wake up.

You will immediately feel how your body feels better.

Whenever you feel tired or feel like snacking, drink water.

Most of the time you are just dehydrated.
3/ Practice gratefulness daily

Every day, as soon as you wake up, write down 5 things you are grateful for.

If you want, do it also before going to sleep.

You are setting yourself up to be happier just by spending a few minutes a day.
4/ Make your bed

It's a very simple habit but one that has a HUGE influence throughout the day.

If you start the day winning, even if it's something as small as making your bed, it will turn into bigger wins.

Win the morning, win the day.
5/ Train your muscles

Lifting heavy weights. Practice a sport. Walk.

It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you do it consistently.

The more you do it, the more it will help you in the future.

Get fitter, be healthier.
6/ Review your thoughts

I never knew I needed this habit, and yet it is perhaps the most important one

Every once in a while, I do it once a week, give yourself 10 min

Review what you think about most of the time. Review what you consume on a daily basis

That's how you grow
7/ Practice kindness

Some people think it's just one action, it's truly a habit.

Treat people with respect. Have manners. Set your boundaries.

It costs $0 to be kind. Practice it daily.
