Indian govt had a multi pronged masterstroke(MS) strategy

MS1 - we are somehow spared, let's call it a victory and leapfrog the pain and costs of setting up medical infra, oxygen supply, imp drugs and most critical vaccines! Let's unlock and beat neighbours.

We pre-ordered less than 10% of vaccines. We didn't setup 60-70% of the planned oxygen supplies. Multiple warnings were given by govt bodies. We didn't even develop a cold-start policy *if* a wave 2 comes.

MS2: Let's push hard and win more states. MP (wave1), WB, MH. State govts participated in this stupidity.

MS3: let's allow religious congregations elsewhere to take the fall if rallies turn out to be superspreaders.

Helpless and hopelessly we now resort to 1 of the following rationales for our own sanity
