do you use slack for client communications?

here's how we set things up ourselves...

we set up a zapier automation that connects to our client's calendly account so we can send new booking notifications to this channel in real-time

> clientname-chat

this one is pretty much self explainable! we much prefer slack over email, and so do our clients (eventually)

> clientname-email-replies

we integrate slack with our client's mailshake account so we receive real-time notifications when a prospect replies to one of our cold emails
channel #4

> clientname-linkedin-replies

the same exact functionality as our email replies channel, except we use zapier webhooks with kennected to send new reply notifications to this channel in real-time
your client retention rate will rely on 2 things...

1) getting results (lots of them)
2) transparent communications

slack helps both these things when used correctly
