-who cites Anakin Skywalkers backstory to explain everything that led to him falling to the Dark side.
You cannot, without hypocrisy, cite Anakin being a victim of brainwashing, gaslighting, trauma and abuse as a valid reason for why he became Darth Vader, only to turn around 2/

-and say that anyone who mentions that Ben was also a victim of brainwashing, gaslighting, trauma and abuse as a valid reason for why he became Kylo Ren is doing so to make excuses and not hold him accountable for his actions while on the Dark side.
