I had help from across the office to set up our DEI forum, dedicated to doing better with diversity, equity, and inclusion at @BusinessInsider UK — particularly from @JournalistFritz, @Hamilbug, @HarrysBadTweets, @MikhailaFriel, @meggiemerc, and others
The forum now has a splinter group for our LGBTQIA+ community

Through the forum, we now have another splinter group dedicated to mental health advocacy, run by the amazing @EsextonBrown — who also helped us to partner with @The_JDF 
The forum has also helped us establish a UK mentorship scheme.
I was paired with the best possible mentor, @shonaghosh. Without her help and guidance (and that of @JournalistFritz and @hayhud) I doubt I’d have got promoted.
