i was told that this masterdoc is much better than carrds that people share around. it has a lot of useful information for those who want to learn more and for those who have did/osdd and think they might have it

all of these were recommended to me by a person with DID and i promised to share when i read through them. i, myself, don't have DID or OSDD so im not the one to speak on these materials and how accurate they are
