Life consists of many micro circles of Kegan Stages / Hero's Journeys.

Every Learning starts with ignorance, then transitions into becoming conscious of not knowing.
This leads to conscious practice of subtasks until subtasks can be done subconsciously. https://twitter.com/uberstuber/status/1341166024771555328
So Kegan Transitions / Hero's Journeys are beautiful metaphors for learning anything, adaption and also healing.

When you have stomach pain because you ate too much chokolate, you become aware of your belly. When your belly is healthy again it becomes subconscious.
Direction and size of this Hero's Journey Circles determine our learning and adaption in life.

When we wish eternal peace / enlightenment or heaven, we wish the end of this "rebirth" circles. End of conscious effort, learning. End of thoughts.

Life depends on this circles.
And life itself can be seen as a huge fractal of Kegan Circles. Circles in circles in circles...

By concentrating on certain scales of the fractal Kegan circle we can choose our adventures.

And it is a own artform to recognize on which scale of the fractal to concentrate on
When we concentrate on too small hero's journey we end up neurotic / overthinking / micro managing our life aspects.

When we concentrate on too big journey we can become ignorant.
