When a woman says No, she’s not interested, it’s a 100% rock solid No. You can trust that No. That No took courage and confidence. It won’t change.

If you think she doesn’t mean it and think “Aw, I’ll change her mind” then you’ve crossed the line. She said No. You didn’t listen. This is all on you and not her and you need to stop.

The one response you may not be able to trust so much is “Yes, I will go out with you/kiss you/sleep with you”. Women have been conditioned to be nice for so long and sometimes that courage to say No fails us.

Think about that. Every woman who said No to you meant it. I can’t say the same about all the women who said yes. #NoMeansNo
