The word "Apocalypse" seems scary, but what does it REALLY mean?

Contrary to the mental images of cataclysm it may invoke, it is simply Greek for

"Revelation"

So what truth is so powerful its unveiling could end the world as we know it?

You have probably heard of "Revelation" in the context of the last book of the Bible, is it possible that this piece of ancient text could truly hold hints to where we are headed as a species?

To answer this we will have to go back to the origins of civilization as we know it.

Mainstream archelogy says human civilization has only been around 6000 years

Plato, the man credited with shaping the entirety of western philosophy, had a different story to tell.

In his dialogues Timaeus & Critias, he speaks of the city of Atlantis, destroyed 11,600 years ago

While this city is broadly considered to be some type of metaphor, Plato didnt seem to think so.

Even more curious, his timeline for the destruction of this city due to earthquake/flood lines up perfectly with a part of our geological record known as the

"Younger Dryas Period"

During this exact same period, the world experienced a rapid sea level rise, due to the sudden melting of the North American Ice Cap.

It is interesting to consider how quickly our own civilization may be erased in such a cataclysm.

Only massive stone structures would survive.

Plato's ancestor Solan, who went to Egypt & was given this account of Atlantis claimed that it was not a just city, but an empire.

With colonies around the world, Egypt as one.

He describes the city as a series of concentric circles of land & water, with a temple in the center.

In the center of this temple was a column which was inscribed with the most sacred laws of Atlantis, where the kings would offer blood sacrifices.

This brings us to the Georgia Guidestones, anonymously erected just 110 miles outside of the city of ATLANTa, Georgia.

Whats interesting to add here is that when America was being settled it was seen as a "New Atlantis"

Sir Francis Bacon wrote the book "New Atlantis", was pivotal to establishing colonies in the new world & was an inspiration to Declaration of Independence author Thomas Jefferson

Here we begin to see just how much Plato has influenced our modern culture, as the Guidestones not only mirror his Atlantis, but the first 2 inscriptions are based on

"Eugenics"

The idea that the human population should be closely managed, an idea that Plato gives in "Republic"

You may know this ideology as the same that lead Nazi Germany to slaughter & sterilize huge swaths of their population that they deemed "unfit"

What you may not know is that Hitler's eugenics program was inspired by those of the US. More than that it was FUNDED by Americans

It is easy to tell why the authors of the Guidestones decided to remain anonymous, given that the first bullet point calls a population reduction of 6.5 billion people.

But what DO we know about these mysterious people?

The only clue they left is a pseudonym:

Could it be the

"Rosicrucians"

Which Bacon had described as running "New Atlantis" in his book, their goal being to return mankind to their state before the fall of Atlantis

This group predates the Freemasons but was later integrated as the 18th rank, Knights of the Rose Croix

Indeed, the Guidestones themselves were crafted by the local Freemasons (Freemasonry originally stone masons guild) of Elberton Georgia

In 2015, an old document was discovered at Coggins Industries (who was contracted to build the stones) in Elberton that ties the group directly

The connection to these groups is fitting given that 9 of the signers of the Declaration of Independence were masons, along with George Washington.

The Rosicrucians trace their occult wisdom back to the mystery schools of ancient Egypt, of which Plato was rumored to be apart of.

So what does this all mean? What exactly do these groups want? And if they have some nefarious plot, why would they erect a giant monument advertising it?

For that we will have to refer to both the teachings of Hermeticism and our friend Plato.

In Plato's "Republic" he talks about the importance of what stories are told in a society & the effects it has on the people.

He is often paraphrased & attributed this quote:

“Those who tell the stories rule society.”

This also ties in with his famous

"Allegory of the Cave"

The theme of this allegory is that most people are metaphorically trapped in a cave, chained to the wall, only able to experience the world through the shadows projected on the wall

Not only are they trapped and given a false sense of reality, but they do not want to leave.

Plato says it is the goal of a philosopher to escape the cave and experience true reality, beyond what was presented to him

However, Plato says that when someone attempts to return to the cave and free the others, they are rejected, and even attacked by the still ignorant slaves

This is why the ruling class hides their objectives in plain sight, by building the Guidestones they get people accustomed to the idea of depopulation, and they will attack anyone attempting to warn them.

This brings us to one of the 7 Hermetic principles:

Students of this ancient, Egyptian based esoteric philosophy (Freemasons/Rosicrucians) think of Karma like a pendulum.

In between Atlantis and "New Atlantis" we had the Roman Empire.

While we consider this "Western Culture" the basis of everything from Latin to Roman Mythology stems from Egypt, therefore Atlantis
