FOOD:
The food U cook & eat shouldn't deprive you of its natural life energy (Pran shakti). Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

Also, don't just fill your body with food. Our body's only function shouldn't be digesting food, give it a little break from binge eating.
MOVEMENT:
Remember when U moved your body last time & it left U feeling confident, hopeful, energetic.
The way U move can also affect the way U think and feel. So when U exercise, pay attention to your body, spend some time with it.

BREATHE:
Have you realized how crucial our breath is?
If it stops, you stop and if you slowly feel it moving in your body, it relaxes you.

Surrender to your breath. Encourage your family to breathe, even 5 to 10 minutes a day would work.
