Our new crime novel prize is open to writers in Wales who have yet to publish a novel. To enter, you don't need to have finished your crime novel - we're looking for the first 5k & a synopsis of the full plot. Deadline 3rd Sept.
Winners will be announced at a special event at our @GwylCrimeFest in Aberystwyth next year - a gala prize reception that will provide a platform for new crime writing voices from Wales.
We're thrilled to have a stellar line up of judges for our new crime novel prize. Huge thanks to novelists @claremackint0sh @AwaisKhanAuthor, & Peter Buckman, literary agent at Ampersand, who will be judging English language entries!

& what about prizes for this new crime novel competition? Well, we'll have 2 winners, 1 in Welsh & 1 in English. Each will receive a 4 night stay at @LitWales Nant Writer’s Retreat Cottage located in the grounds of @Ty_Newydd plus a year's mentoring from a Crime Cymru writer
