okay so i wanna share my thoughts on victorian boy, since it caught my interest differently than the other fics i've read so far.
a thread with my opinions and thoughts~~~~

first of all, i'm in love the concept and the feels. it's so rich and full of life, made me feel like i was there witnessing everything for myself. very well written since it's aubreyheart heheh i love them.

louis' and harry's character traits were just spot on. i mean, who+

the tension between them was intense and i was fucking there for it. first it was slow burn ofc then it took a pace and OMG IT'S LITERALLY THE BEST AAAHH

as for clarence, i hated him for even doubting louis, but mans got his lesson and was genuinely feeling guilty at the end. so ig his situation is all sorted out :)

and AND my dear william (WHO U WILL NOT. PICTURE. AS. TIMOTHEE.) is pretty much a sweetheart, angel boi. he just+

fell in love, the poor guy. it wasn't even his fault yk. but I'm still angry at him for obvious reasons. though i'mma pat him on the back for being honest at least, otherwise c would've kept believing that lou was guilty.

moving on, about f & r: those guys are just...savages. ngl they're creepy asf and the..last time they were with l & h, i was really uncomfy reading that part eep. but overall, they're just some of the main characters without who the story wouldn't come to life ig. they played+

their parts pretty well. and i can't help saying that they pledged to each other, and it makes me warm :,)

AND i really doubted that old lady who walks at night, cause she seemed mysterious. but not enough to commit a crime tho. so i keep her out of my equation.

as for beth+

and elk, they're just there for the sole purpose of preserving the victorian cultural heritage. bc even if the dukes were gay, they had to marry a woman in order to make a proper affect. so that's okay to me.

the overall characters and the plot was so satisfying, and the art wow i can't put in words how pretty it was.

it's literally such a tragically beautiful story, there's thrill and intensity in it which i more than enjoyed. unlike most other fics, it was in its own element and+

that makes it pretty exceptional (imo) !!
