There has been lots of chat across all social and I have a number of friends who have found it almost impossible to renew their @BurnleyOfficial season ticket. We all appreciate its tough times, social distancing makes it hard for staff to all be in the same place 1/4

But, ploughing on with today being the deadline for early bird renewals makes no sense when the time it takes to respond and help people to renew. People are genuinely annoyed about the whole situation and I’m hearing lots of 2/4

Older people have given up and will not renew because it’s all just become too difficult. We are a community club, our fans matter, in the week when football has done its best in implode, how about we listen to the fans @AlanPaceBFC 3/4

Give ourselves more time to get this sorted out and extend the deadline so we can calm down the whole situation and ensure that the fans can give you the money you need to take the club forward 4/4 #twitterclarets
