Conscious decision on part of director & crew of #WordOfHonor to make scenes of the drama look like pieces of Chinese ink art. Some of the coolest/emotional/character important mins were depicted in such a fashion. The river fight! They used smoke to add to the aesthetics (1/7)
What WoH is so good at setting these gorgeous compositions for scenes. Just utterly stunning. We know it is a green screen but the use of colours, light, and composition makes some scenes loo like works of art. Some of the scenes that doesn& #39;t get the LVL attention it should (2/7)
ONE OF MT FAV SECNES OUT OF THE WHOLE DRAMA. Beside the plot and character stuff that& #39;s happening here. The sheer beauty of this scene kills me. The colours of the set & the colours of each main players& #39; costume colour. This is stunning & legit piece of art! (3/7)
There is honestly a hundreds upon hundreds of beautiful scenes from the drama. I& #39;m literally just going through my screencaps. Ahahahahaha. But I love the ones where they use the landscape to frame the shot. And the way they do it is very Chinese ink art aesthetics! (4/7)
I LOVE Siji Valley. So many shots that could be considered a piece of art. The addition of the plum (?) blossoms to frame shots just add to the beauty. But also everything is just a touch more softer, a touch more unreal, a bit too perfect when they are at Siji (5/7)
AND AHHHHHH! THESE SHOTS! They are so beautiful, and I& #39;m not sure how to articulate the sheer joy I get from seeing these. The cap of the mountain; the 1st is from EP 36, and the last from the extra. Both pics of the same mountain but give me completely diff feels! (6/7)
There is hundreds/thousands of these shots throughout the drama. I& #39;m just posting the ones I took caps of. I make fun of the budget for this show, but it honestly looks better than some of the large budget productions. I love the commitment & passion of this team! Thank you!(7/7)
