On Tuesday, a Columbus Division of Police officer fatally shot 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant. Police accountability data shows the shooting wasn’t an anomaly.

On Wednesday, @ColumbusPolice identified Nicholas Reardon as the officer who fatally shot Bryant.
