Some personal news…

Tonight will be my last @LockedOnLakers.

I can’t quite get into what’s next quite yet, but I can’t wait to tell y’all more about that when that time is right.

I do want to take some time to thank some really important people over these last five years. (1/

I have to start with my wife. There have been many nights where she would have been right to say enough is enough with this career, but she trusted me and my dream, and now we’re on the precipice of taking a really cool step.

She’s my rock and I flat out don’t deserve her.

Next, I can’t possibly thank @DLocke09 enough for giving me my first real chance in this industry and sticking with me even while he pulled out his hair because of my jokes. The network started as a handful of voices and has helped revolutionize sports coverage.

Also have to thank my co-hosts over these last five years, starting with @hmfaigen, then @LakerFilmRoom. Y'all are like brothers to me and I would not be in this place without you.

Y'all put up with A LOT from me and I'll forever cherish the growth we all enjoyed together.

One of the few real bummers is that I won’t get the chance to work with the @KamBrothers and @MiaAgraviador for longer. I have really loved the show we’ve already built and have really high hopes for both what it could’ve become had we gotten more time and what it still can be.

Finally, want to express my deepest gratitude to you, the listeners. All of you have changed my life and helped some dreams come true. At some point tonight, I’m going to try to fully contextualize what you have meant to me and there is zero chance I get through it all.

To be clear, I’m not *really* going anywhere, but this is a pretty major change here and I’m going to miss this aspect of my life.
