Folks that are Neurodiverse, unfortunately, have a higher chance of assault, but this issue is not talked about enough. In this conversation, we will talk about the ways that our brains function & fire off, how our brains process trauma and tips and tricks for coping and healing
Many folks assume because of the work that these individuals do, that they can not be sexually assaulted, but that simply isn't true. We will talk about being an s3x worker, the industry, how being a survivor can affect the work, and how trauma can show up in our bodies.
1 in 6 is the number that we have been looking at for years. 1 in 6 males will be sexually assaulted. Yet, we do not talk about this number or the men behind it enough. This conversation will cover the stigma, ways trauma shows up and so much more.
Trauma is not just something that happens to us once. Unfortunately, it happens and then stays within our bodies. We will talk about the ways that it can and does show up in our bodies, some tools to support you in recognizing and moving through it, and more.
Self Care has become such a buzzword. In this conversation, we will talk about what it actually means, as well as how to figure out what works for your body and what your self-care options are.
Though still taboo, a lot of folks utilize kink as a healing tool for trauma. We will chat about the who, what, when, where and why? And so much more
