It it not necessarily a question of a Native Blood so much as TRIBAL AUTHORITY and, perhaps, *which* Native Blood.

Each and every Tribal Citizen can be divested of that citizenship, no matter their “Native Blood.”

THAT is an exercise of POWER, not fact, even if corrupt.
