How Ramadan teaches us to have patience.
Ramadan teaches us to have patience because you’re waiting all day to eat but that’s not the purpose of Ramadan, so what you should do do to distract yourself from thinking about food is read Quran, give to charity, gain as many good deeds as u can, like helping someone out,(1/2)
whether it’s giving money to the homeless help someone carry their groceries just simple stuff like that and Insha’allah you will be rewarded double for it because it’s Ramadan.
