2/ percentages of vaccination seems like a mistake. If we have 80% vaccinated and tens of thousands of people are still getting covid every day we'll know 80% isn't high enough. We should keep wearing masks indoors unless we're only around other vaxxed people. We can ...
3/ be much looser outdoors, unless you're in a crowded situation. But again, when will we know we can really drop the precautions? I don't think it's that complicated. We'll know when the cases really stop dropping to a really low level and stay there.
